RACHEL MASCI
Miss Rachel began dancing at New Jersey Center of Dance at the age of three and a member of the NJCOD Dance Company since eight years old. Miss Rachel has been a part of many award-winning group numbers throughout her competitive years with NJCOD. As a soloist, she was National Teen Miss Turn It Up Dance Challenge. She was captain of the NJCOD dance team for 6 years and student taught weekly classes. In addition to NJCOD, Miss Rachel choreographed plays for Millstone Middle School including Bye Bye Birdie, Oliver, High School Musical Jr., and Guy and Dolls. Miss Rachel graduated from Salisbury University with a Elementary Education degree and continuing at Monmouth University for a Masters of Science in Literacy Education. Miss Rachel is now a 4th grade teacher in Monmouth County. Her passion and love for dance has never faded and that’s why she returned back to her home studio to continue teaching! NJCOD will always be home to her!
